Andrew has always loved to dance so we signed him up for hip hop classes this is a recording of him earlier today at practice, there recital is still almost 2 months out. but he is doing so great

we went up to Jackson hole after Kayden's baby blessing, it was nice since Ethan and I haven't been since our first date. Naturally we took a picture of our family under the arch, we have a matching one from our first date.

Why don't hey make rechargeable D batteries, All kid toys are D or C and to buy rechargeable in that size is way overly expensive compared to A's. The vibrating frogs have died :(

So its not all in my head

I have for a long time known that if i get cold I break out in hives and that my favorite food, ice cream, i have to eat slowly or i get a bad cough. So i have always been told that it is all in my head. Finally i have a name and proof that its not. I have Cold Urticaria, google it if you don't believe me. No messed up mind trick, i simply am allergic to cold and I can get hive from it and take a lot longer to warm up after then most people... And I live in Idaho :(

Mikaela discovered some vibrating frogs that Andrew got at a white elephant gift exchange, She loves to lay on them.

one crazy thing about Idaho, we have no spring, It jumps from Winter to summer in a matter of hours. Last week it was 30-40s and windy. This week upper 70's and stale with occasional gust of wind. So we took advantage of the nice day and had a picnic at the park with our friends. Andrew and Mikaela love being outdoors.

Maze of Boxes

Ok, so I do not have any pics but anyone who has moved can probably relate. I am living in a maze of boxes. In one room there are so many boxes it smells like a cardboard factory. I think I might go insane some days. Luckily the weather has warmed to the upper 40's so I can escape outside without getting frostbite. I just hope it stays warm until we move, the jet stream has moved and so a huge snow storm is expected to "barely miss us" and dump on Colorado while we have 60's! If this is true i will try and get some outdoor pics of the kids up.

These are a few of the kids' first eggs, we have never done eggs before but thought it is one tradition we should defiantly pick up.

So we do Easter a little different, when the kids are dressed they get their baskets and a few presents that the bunny left but they have to wait for the egg hunt. After we eat and such they get to go out and see if the bunny left any eggs. The dress Mikaela is wearing my mom made for her. sorry about the fuz it was the only pic of her and her basket and

Andrew is so sweet, Mikaela did not want to crawl around on the grass so Andrew filled her basket for her.

It was warm outside so we took off Mikaela's top layer of her dress. When we put her down on the grass though, she did not like it, but she made the cutest faces. you can see is some of the pics, she raised her leg as high as possible and balanced on one knee and one hand.

Mikaela is a little big for her jumper now but she and Andrew love to throw a blanket over it and play fort inside.

Ethan and Mikaela

Ok so Ethan might hate this pic because he is rolling his eyes but I rarely get a chance to catch him with the camera. Plus I love it so much when he volunteers to take care of Mikaela in the middle of the night. She actually only wakes up once a night usually unless she is sick or teething. Right now, she is cutting 3 of her molars so it every 3 hours, ugh.

So here is my favorite picture of Mikaela and her 1st birthday cake. It displays how she was acting that whole day. Even at the age of 1 she knows that on her birthday it is all about her.

I don't think Ethan or Andrew can hardly wait for the summer and boating season to start, oh and also the state fair.

Andrew can not wait until summer comes, not only does he get to go swimming, watch the 4th of July parade, playing on the boat, but this year we may try and make it to the beach and to Oregon to play with cousins this year.

So the end of February Ethan went to Vegas for the Nascar race and I had a girls night we had great food and alot of fun here is just one of the funniest pics I have

so a few days later I tried two little piggy tails, I love them although Ethan thinks when I put these in it gives her a completely spunkier attitude.

Ok, so Mikaela's hair finally grew long enough we could put an elastic in it, so hear are some pics of her first ponytail, so cute!

At Andrew's family party Mikaela was just too cute we had to turn the camera to her too.

Andrew Turned Five on February 4th so to celebrate we invited a handful of his friends to play at Blastoff, a local ball pit and tunnel place. They loved hanging out adn playing, Andrew seems to always be the leader. Mikaela really loved the ball pit.

these are just proof positive that even though you may live in snow it is always more fun when you have uncles and cousins around to play with.

So growing up we always had this tradition of having grilled cheese sandwiches for Sunday dinner, well a figured Mikaela was old enough, 11 months in this pic, that i would offer her one. she LOVED IT!
